NEMA Stepper Controller


NEMA Stepper Controller (NSC) is an interface that permits to easily control a bipolar stepper motor by integrating the power driver and the controller on a single board, whose dimensions don't exceed the size of a NEMA17 motor, removing need of a power interface by integrating it closer to the motor.


NSC interface could be used for every application based on a the control of bipolar stepper motors. For example :

* astronomy : motorisation of a telescope mount, or focuser system
* photography/video : dollycam or panoramic automation
* mechanics : CNC, 3D printer...
* robotics


NSC is an electronic card that can be fixed directly on a NEMA17 motor.

Main characteristics


* Drives a bipolar stepper motor up to 3A/phase
* Control of the motor up to 1/128th step
* Board supply voltage from 5V to 16V (motor voltage adjustable via potentiometer)
* USB direct communication or I²C bus (slave)
* Bluetooth version (optional)
* Over-temperature and over-current protection


* Dimensions : 42.0±0.1mm

* Fixed to the motor with 4 M3x40 screws (length can be different depending on the motor) and 4 M3x5 spacers
